Warranty and Support
CRBN rooftop tents, awnings and accessories include a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing fault is found, we will repair, replace or credit the item based on what is most suitable.
What the warranty covers:
- Stitching or seams failing prematurely
- Faulty zippers, buckles or hardware under normal use
- Fabric or shell defects caused by manufacturing
- Hinges, frames or structural components that fail prematurely
- Items supplied incomplete or incorrect from new
What the warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or mounting on unsuitable roof racks
- Exceeding roof rack or vehicle load ratings
- Damage caused by storms, high wind or accidental impact
- Normal wear and tear such as fading, minor marks or cosmetic ageing
- Mould or mildew caused by storing the product when wet
- Modifications, alterations or non-CRBN repairs
- Commercial, rental or fleet use unless agreed beforehand
Your responsibility:
- Ensure the product is dried before storage
- Inspect mounting hardware and bolts regularly
- Use correctly rated roof racks and mounting kits
- Follow our care and maintenance guidelines
How to make a warranty claim:
Please send your name, order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue to our support email. We will review and respond with the next steps.

Freight and assessment:
In some cases the product or part may need to be returned for inspection. If the claim is approved, CRBN will cover return shipping back to you. If the claim is not approved, we will provide pricing for repair or replacement before proceeding. We do not apply unexpected charges.
Australian Consumer Law:
This warranty applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not reduce or limit those rights.
