Refund Policy

OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items (if applicable)

Process

  1. Email us at carbontouring@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at carbontouring@outlook.com

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
