At Carbon Touring & Mechanical, we aim to make getting your gear as easy as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping and pickup options to help you plan your order.

Adelaide Metro Delivery

We offer reliable next day delivery to Adelaide metro customers through our trusted local courier partner, Calley Services. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are dispatched for next day delivery within the Adelaide metro area. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday.

Delivery for rooftop tents is $150 per tent, and your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout. Please double check your delivery details at the time of purchase to avoid any delays. If you’re unsure whether your address or postcode falls within our Adelaide metro delivery area, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to confirm your postcode and discuss delivery options before you place your order.

Yorke Peninsula Delivery

We can arrange delivery across the Yorke Peninsula through Calley Services, the same trusted courier we use for Adelaide metro. In some cases we may also be able to personally assist with delivery at a reduced cost depending on timing and location. If you’re on the Yorke Peninsula, contact us to discuss the best delivery option for you before placing your order.

Pickup From Point Turton

You’re also welcome to collect your order from Point Turton, South Australia free of charge. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation message with pickup instructions. Please bring your confirmation email or order number when collecting. If you’d like us to hold your order for a specific pickup date, just let us know at the time of purchase.

Other Shipping Options

For customers outside Adelaide metro or South Australia, we can arrange freight to depots and major towns using reliable carriers. Costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the size of your order — contact us before placing your order to discuss the best option for you.
